  • Establish, in cooperation with School management, an efficient and transparent management system
  • Operational management of all back-office units of the School and supervise interdepartmental interactions:

    o Marketing

    o Finance

    o IT

    o HR Operations

    o Housekeeping (incl. campus support functions)

    o Procurement

    o Campus Support Services

    o Office and Document Management

    o Medical Service

    o Legal Service

  • Alignment of service functions to ensure ‘one-stop’ service provision (a through process from application to result), submission of suggestions on improving back-office efficiency.
  • Setting up the goals for operational KPI for all services and manage deviations (identify root causes, establish compensating measures, control execution)
  • Optimize and automate processes
  • Building an effective organization aligned with cascading objectives and KPIs and ensuring a balanced segregation of duties among line managers
  • Identify opportunities to improve the School's cost effectiveness, reduce the School's operating budget by 5-10% while maintaining the level of quality and results achieved
  • Develop and oversee implementation of the School's business plan (including achievement of approved financial results)
  • Drawing up technical specifications for construction (architectural, functional sections of engineering, finishes, equipment) based on the functional requirements of the school
  • Coordinate the decisions of the designers and contractors, participate in the acceptance of the work
  • Organisation of all tasks related to legal work, including forest leasing, drafting of the FSL, licensing and legal work according to the articles of association, organisation of foreign employees with legal expertise


  • Higher professional education. International education is an advantage.
  • Fluent English
  •  Successful experience in management, function building, business processes, setting up organisational structures, developing work plans and monitoring their implementation
  • Successful experience in building and managing economic models, finance, marketing, IT
  • Successful project management experience
  • Good experience with process automation and IT systems integration
  • Good managerial and communication skills, leadership skills, strong intelligence, ability to cope with change and multi-tasking
  • Knowledge of international education systems in the field of school education and educational technology as an added advantage
